Menu Screen Prototype
Right, I've added my design for the menu screen to our inspiration tray - it's black and white at the moment and I used Verdana as the font as I think thats the more common font on the internet. Any comments on how it could be improved?

Its pretty much as we discussed, with all the buttons we wanted in the places we wanted them.
I did have an idea about putting some kind of current house status on the screen... This might just be a box that says something like 'The Ovens On' in the middle of the screen.
Nice, simple and clear. I think it works fine. I'd post up the Manage My Home screens I did, but there were quite a few of them in the various states and menus and such.
I like the design, it's nice and simple which is what we want.
I like the idea of having a current house status on the creen as well. Bare in mind though that you'll have to deal with multiple statuses though e.g. say if the oven is on and the fireplace is on.
